On this Christmas Eve, Indian Mills Volunteer Fire Co. serving Shamong Township wanted to share that Santa, after visiting the good people of Shamong, had one last surprise for us. Our new Chief Command SUV has arrived and was instrumental during Santa Express 2025. Besides Santa, we’d like to thank all of our Supporters, the Shamong Township Committee, Gentilini Ford and Municipal Equipment Enterprises for helping make this happen. Replacing our much worn previous command vehicle, this unit allows our Fire Chief to respond quickly and safely directly to incidents to perform quick size ups and make timely decisions for response. Thank you to everyone that helped make this important resource a reality.
